Let the Journey begin…
What we do
Mobility Services for the Future
Put simply, our primary aim is to make travel on Ireland’s M50 more convenient for those who use it.
Under contract with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), we are tasked with operating and improving all free-flow transactions and customer services for this essential component of the national road network. By focusing our efforts on mobility services, we intend to introduce the next generation of eFlow – one that is innovative, user-friendly and fit for our country’s future needs.
We are working to ensure that all stakeholders experience the benefits of the M50, a truly indispensable national asset. Through our advanced mobility services, and following a carefully planned and managed transition, we will deliver:
Streamlined free-flow transactions
enabling quicker, easier journeys
Exceptional customer service
provided by our dedicated and highly trained team
Enhanced accessibility and user experience
through digitally focused customer tools and resources
Increased compliance and subscription
helping TII to manage growing demand and protect its revenue for continued investment in Ireland’s transport infrastructure

A Collaborative Approach
Of course, this isn’t something we do alone. The management structure of the M50 is an integrated network of state agencies and private providers. We work together with these clients, partners and suppliers to form a finely tuned motorway operation for the betterment of our whole community.
The diagram below illustrates the central role that Turas Mobility Services plays within this wider M50 ecosystem.
In Transition
Since our appointment by Transport Infrastructure Ireland in 2019, we have been building our teams and systems, and gearing up for our takeover of the operation of eFlow in 2021, so as to ensure a smooth transition between ourselves and the current operator.
Established in 2007, eFlow is the operator of the barrier-free tolling system on Dublin’s M50 Motorway and provider of electronic tags for use on all toll roads in the Republic of Ireland.
Following this period of transition, we plan to focus our efforts on the continuous improvement of this vital service to both road-users and the people of Ireland.
